Fitness in the Park

Bring the entire family out for a morning of movement! You’ll find a variety of educational and fitness activities that promote healthy living; including group fitness demos, health screenings, nutritional literacy information, and more. This event is free to attend. Participants may register on-site or complete pre-registration by February 23, 2023 and receive a free goody bag (supplies limited). Bring your mat, towel, hand weights and water bottle
