1/4/2022 CANCELLATION NOTICE. Due to the escalation of Coronavirus epidemic, the Caddo Parish Commission Parks and Recreation Department has canceled the Senior Wellness Health Expo, including vaccinations, scheduled for Saturday, January 8, 2022 hosted by Galilee Baptist Church. Safety is of the utmost importance for all of our citizens.

To educate, promote awareness of and its long-term effect of day-to-day health issues. This event is to help those affected by health issues through early detection, education and support services. Health professionals will serve as guest presenters. Blood pressure checks, blood glucose, and wellness check services will be available on site. Join in the free chair aerobics class from 10:00am-10:30am. All applicable Covid safety protocols will be in place.  This event is free, advance registration required by email to mmurphy@caddo.org or text 318-220-6284 by January 6, 2022.
