Caddo Parish Parks and Recreation has engaged a new online platform to make registering for events and activities a breeze. Tyler Technologies allows parents and respective park users flexibility with online and in-person registration options, calendars, flexible payment plans, auto-pay, check-in/check-out procedures, and more.
To create an account and begin the process for online registration, visit our portal and click “New Account,” provide your email address, and follow the prompts to fill out the required information, including your first and last name, and date of birth.
Here’s a more detailed breakdown of the process:
- Visit portal.caddoparks.org and click on New Account in the top right corner.
- Complete your Primary Contact Details and click Next.
- Enter your Billing Address, along with Parish/County information and click Next.
- Enter your Email Address twice to confirm, then click Next.
- Confirm your details and click Submit.
- Check Your Email: You will receive a confirmation email with a link to activate your account.
- Activate Your Account: Click the link in the email to activate your account.
- Sign In: Visit portal.caddoparks.org again and use your email address and password to sign in to your new account.
- Once logged in, you can browse classes, get registered, and browse facilities available through Caddo Parish Parks and Recreation
