Horace M. Downs Park

Horace M. Downs Park is nestled between Caddo Lake and Twelve Mile Bayou and is adjacent to the Caddo Lake Dam day use area operated by the US Army Corps Vicksburg District. This 8.5-acre park provides picnic tables, grills, and a portable toilet.
