Ongoing Mondays - Thursdays 1:00pm – 3:00pm, and Saturdays 10:00am-12:00pm from December 2, 2024-February 28, 2025 Caddo Parish Parks and Recreation is partnering with LSU-Shreveport nationally recognized youth weightlifting program, offering weightlifting-specific skill training, combined with strength and conditioning that’s accessible and challenging for beginners to intermediate-level weightlifters.
