Caddo Parish Parks and Recreation, in conjunction with the Town of Vivian, will host a Healthy Heart Health Fair to educate and promote awareness of the long-term effects of day-to-day health issues at Legion Hills Community, 1004 S. Pardue St., Vivian, LA. on February 26, 2026, from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm. Health professionals will serve as guest presenters. Blood pressure checks, blood glucose, and wellness check services will be available on-site. Light fitness will be provided. Dress comfortably.
A HEALTHY lunch will be provided for the first 100 attendees. The health fair will be open to the community. Services to be offered will include:
1. AmeriHealth Caritas Louisiana is bringing Wellness to You
2. Blood Pressure and Glucose checks
3. Programs provided by LSUS AGU
4. Screening and exam
5. Fitness to get the heart pumping
6. Services, health care resources, and information booths
