Caddo Parish, LA – Effective, 10:00am April 10, 2024 the following Caddo Parish parks and respective boat launch sites will close immediately due to high water:
Milton James “Hookie” Cameron Memorial Park
10599 Wallace Lake Rd. | Shreveport
Horance M. Downs Play Area
8571 Crouch Dam Rd., | Mooringsport, LA 71060
The Parish urges citizens to adhere to all traffic barricades that have been placed, as it is unlawful to breach any barricade or official signage.
Water levels will be monitored by local law enforcement agencies and parks will re-open when deemed safe.
