Looking for a fun-filled day outdoors with your family? Mark your calendars for Family Adventure Day on Saturday, May 17, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Richard Fleming Park in Shreveport!
Hosted by Caddo Parish Parks & Recreation, this free event offers an exciting lineup of activities, including:
Fishing – Cast a line and see what you can catch!
Canoeing – Paddle the waters and enjoy the scenic views.
Archery – Test your aim with a bow and arrow!
Families can move through activities, creating their own adventure. All equipment is provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own fishing gear or life jackets.
Important Details:
• Ages 6 & up only – No exceptions or tag-along younger siblings.
• Bring a picnic lunch to enjoy between activities.
• Space is limited, and advance registration is required.
