2025 Fitness in the Park

Caddo Parish Parks and Recreation in conjunction with local fitness instructors will offer Fitness in the Park, March 22, 2025, 9am-12pm, at PBS Pinchback Park, 7903 Jefferson Paige Rd., Shreveport. Bring the entire family out for a morning of movement! You’ll find a variety of educational and fitness activities that promote healthy living; including group fitness demos, health screenings, nutritional literacy information, and more. This event is free to attend.
Participants may register on-site from 9am – 9:15am or complete pre-registration by March 20, 2025 and receive a free goody bag (supplies limited). Bring your mat, towel, hand weights and water bottle.
