Every Tuesday and Thursday, starting September 14, 2023, 10:30 am -11:30 am
This class will encourage inactive adults and seniors with lower extremity pain, joint pain/stiffness and mobility challenges on how to engage in safe and effective exercise. Latericia Green, a certified wellness and aerobics instructor with Unique Body Studio will conduct all classes.
