Chair Aerobics

Every Tuesday and Thursday, starting January 11, 2024, 10:30 am -11:30 am,

This class will encourage inactive adults and seniors with lower extremity pain, joint pain/stiffness and mobility challenges on how to engage in safe and effective exercise. Latericia Green, with Unique Body Studio, a certified wellness and aerobics instructor, will conduct all classes.
