Every Tuesday and Thursday, starting August 30, 10:30 am -11:30 am
This class will encourage inactive adults and seniors with lower extremity pain, joint pain/stiffness and mobility challenges on how to engage in safe and effective exercise. Patrick Mosley, certified wellness and aerobics instructor, will conduct all classes.
